Provision of Transaction-based Licenses of Enterprise Cloud based E-signature Service for the Philippine Competition Commission

1) The Philippine Competition Commission, through the 2026 National Expenditure
Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Thousand
Pesos (PhP1,800,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to
payments under the contract for Provision Transaction-based Licenses of
Enterprise Cloud-based E-signature Service for the Philippine Competition
Commission for CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically
rejected at bid opening.

2) The Philippine Competition Commission now invites bids for Provision of
Transaction-based Licenses of Enterprise Cloud-based E-signature Service for the
Philippine Competition Commission4 using the Delivery of the Goods is required from 01
March 2026 to 28 February 2027. Bidders should have completed, within the last five
