Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
SUPPLY, DELIVERY, UPGRADE, AND INSTALLATION OF LABORATORY INFORMATION SYSTEM (LIS) FOR ILOCOS SUR MEDICAL CENTER (ISMC) (REBID)

1) The ILOCOS SUR MEDICAL CENTER, through the INCOME intends to apply the sum of Three Million Six Hundred Sixty- Nine Thousand One Hundred Twenty Pesos Only (Php 3,669,120.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY, UPGRADE, AND INSTALLATION OF LABORATORY INFORMATION SYSTEM (LIS) FOR ILOCOS SUR MEDICAL CENTER (ISMC) (REBID).

Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The ILOCOS SUR MEDICAL CENTER now invites bids for SUPPLY, DELIVERY, UPGRADE, AND INSTALLATION OF LABORATORY INFORMATION SYSTEM (LIS) FOR ILOCOS SUR MEDICAL CENTER (ISMC) (REBID) .
