SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING, AND COMMISSIONING OF OPHTHALMIC SURGICAL EQUIPMENT AND RADIOGRAPHIC AND FLUOROSCOPIC X-RAY SYSTEM

1. The ILOCOS SUR MEDICAL CENTER (ISMC), through the GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of Sixty Million Pesos Only (Php 60,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Project 13: SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING, AND COMMISSIONING OF OPHTHALMIC SURGICAL EQUIPMENT AND RADIOGRAPHIC AND FLUOROSCOPIC X-RAY SYSTEM.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The ISMC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for sixty (60) to ninety (90) calendar days from the receipt of approved Notice to Proceed.
