FOR THE FOLLOWING PROJECT

1. The ILOCOS SUR MEDICAL CENTER (ISMC), through the IGF intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Fifty- Five Thousand Pesos Only (Php 2,255,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Project 5: SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, AND COMMISSIONING OF VARIOUS LABORATORY EQUIPMENT.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
