Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES AND DEVICES FOR 2026 (EPA)

1) The Mariveles Mental Wellness and General Hospital is conducting the Procurement of Medical Supplies and Devices for 2026 (EPA) / 2025-41 through the early procurement activity (EPA) for Fiscal Year 2026, consistent with Section 12 of RA 12009, where the procuring entity is allowed to undertake the procurement activities short of an award.

The Mariveles Mental Wellness and General Hospital, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) 2026 intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Three Hundred Twenty-Seven Thousand One Hundred Forty-Nine Pesos and 13/100 Only (Php 15,327,149.13) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Medical Supplies and Devices for 2026 (EPA). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
