Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF IT AND OFFICE SUPPLIES AND DEVICES FOR 2026 (EPA)

1) The Mariveles Mental Wellness and General Hospital is conducting the Procurement of IT and Office Supplies and Devices for 2026 (EPA) / 2025-39 through the early procurement activity (EPA) for Fiscal Year 2026, consistent with Section 12 of RA 12009, where the procuring entity is allowed to undertake the procurement activities short of an award.

The Mariveles Mental Wellness and General Hospital, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Three Hundred Thirty-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Three Pesos and 32/100 Only (Php 5,338,623.32) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of IT and Office Supplies and Devices for 2026 (EPA). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
