The DOH - Cagayan Valley Center for Health Development, through the NATIONAL EXPENDITURE PROGRAM (NEP) 2026 intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY-TWO PESOS (₱6,436,752.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contracts.
