Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT (PART 3) 2025-16

1. The Don Jose S. Monfort Medical Center, through the GAA 2025 and other Source (Gen. Income) intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Six Hundred Two Thousand Five Hundred Forty-Four Pesos (Php 8,602,544.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Medical Equipment (Part 3) 2025-16. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Don Jose S. Monfort Medical Center now invites bids for Procurement of Medical Equipment (Part 3) 2025-16 IB 2025-12-016 PME3 with Project Reference Number 12569623 using Competitive Bidding. Delivery of goods will depend on each single item as shown in Schedule of Requirements.
