Early Procurement Activity (EPA) for
PROCUREMENT OF INGREDIENTS AND KITCHEN CLEANING SUPPLIES

1) The Eastern Visayas State University-Main Campus, through the Internally Generated Fund (IGFF) FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (Php1,260,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Eastern Visayas State University-Main Campus now invites bids for Early Procurement Activity (EPA) for Procurement of Ingredients and Kitchen Cleaning Supplies using the Competitive Bidding (to be awarded to the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid/LCRB).
