1) The Eastern Visayas State University-Main Campus, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php12,500,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for Construction of a Four-Storey EVSU Main College of Arts and Sciences Extension (Design-And-Build) with PR No. 08-0667-25. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Eastern Visayas State University-Main Campus now invites bids for the above Procurement Project with the following lot items, using the Competitive Bidding (to be awarded to the lowest calculated and responsive bid):
