The DOH - Cagayan Valley Center for Health Development, through the NATIONAL EXPENDITURE PROGRAM (NEP) 2026 intends to apply the sum of THIRTY-SIX MILLION FOUR HUNDRED FIVE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SIXTY-SIX PESOS (₱36,405,366.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contracts.
