  PROCUREMENT OF HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATION (HMO) SERVICES FOR EMPLOYEES OF EASTERN VISAYAS STATE UNIVERSITY (EVSU)
  
  1) The Eastern Visayas State University-Main Campus, through the Regular Agency Fund (RAF) FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Fifty-Four Thousand Pesos (Php5,054,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The Eastern Visayas State University-Main Campus now invites bids for Procurement of Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Services for Employees of Eastern Visayas State University (EVSU) using the Competitive Bidding (to be awarded to the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid/LCRB).
