1. The EASTERN VISAYAS STATE UNIVERSITY, through the INTERNALLY GENERATED FUND (IGF) FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Eight Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-Eight Pesos (Php3,855,468.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for IB-2025-08-15 SUPPLY, DELIVERY, & INSTALLATION OF UNMANNED SURVEY VESSEL (USV) FOR HYDROGRAPHIC SURVEYING OF EVSU-COE MAIN CAMPUS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
