1. The DOH - Cagayan Valley Center for Health Development, through the GOP-General Appropriations Act 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWELVE MILLION ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-EIGHT THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE PESOS (₱ 12,188,475.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contracts. Bids received in excess of the ABC per line item will be automatically rejected at bid opening.
