1.The DOH - Cagayan Valley Center for Health Development, through the GOP-General Appropriations Act 2025 intends to apply the sum of THIRTEEN MILLION THREE HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT THOUSAND FOURTEEN PESOS AND 37/100 CENTAVOS (₱13,398,014.37) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each line item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
