1. The DOH - Cagayan Valley Center for Health Development, through the GOP-General Appropriations Act 2024 (CONAP) intends to apply the sum of THIRTEEN MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (₱13,500,000.00) and GOP-General Appropriations Act 2025 intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (₱350,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each line item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
