1. The DOH - Cagayan Valley Center for Health Development, through the GOP-General Appropriations Act 2024 (CONAP) intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY-THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (₱3,273,150.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each line item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
