Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS DRUGS AND MEDICINES FOR CY 2025 REQUIREMENTS

IB 2025-012

1. The Department of Health-Center for Health Development-Cordillera Administrative Region (DOH-CHD-CAR), through the General Appropriations Act FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Ninety-Two Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-Two and 76/100 Pesos Only (₽ 1,692,792.76) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Drugs and Medicines for CY 2025 Requirements (IB 2025-012). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Health-Center for Health Development-Cordillera Administrative Region (DOH-CHD-CAR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
