Description : 1.The Department of Trade and Industry Region 2 (DTI Region 2), through the General Appropriations Act for the FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 2,500,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Provision of Food Processing Equipment for the Fish Post-Harvest Shared Service Facility (SSF) in the Province of Cagayan which consists of the following items/lots:

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
