1. The Benguet State University (BSU), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) CY 2023- FLR intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Pesos only (Php. 1,445,000.00) being the ABC to payment under the contract for the project Procurement of various Laboratory Equipment for the College of Medicine - 2nd Invitation to Bid (IB 2024-31A). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
