1. The DOH - Cagayan Valley Center for Health Development, through theGOP-General Appropriations Act 2022 intends to apply the sum of SIXTEEN MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY NINETHOUSAND PESOS (Php16,889,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each line item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
