The DOH - Cagayan Valley Center for Health Development, through theGOP-General Appropriations Act 2022 and Trust Fundintends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY-THREE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED TEN PESOS(Php3,743,910.00) being the ABC to payment under the contract for each item.
