The Provincial Government of Agusan del Norte through the 20%DF CY 2025, Account Code No. 8919-300-023 intends to apply the sum of Php. 1,408,753.73 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Water System at the Integrated Agro-Forestry and Dairy Stock Farm Project, Brgy. Maningalao, Las Nieves, Agusan del Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
