The Provincial Government of Agusan del Norte through the Continuing Appropriation, 20% DF CY2024, Account Code No. 24-8919-300-032 intends to apply the sum of Php. 5,422,962.49 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Manpower Human Resource Development and Productivity Enhancement Center, Brgy. Vinapor, Carmen, Agusan del Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
