Description : Section I. Invitation to Bid

INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF ICT SOFTWARE: MYSQL DATABASE SERVER (SECOND BIDDING)
1) The Department of Agriculture (DA) - Central Office, through GAA CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Pesos: Seventeen Million Five Hundred Thousand (PhP17,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for under IB No. 071-25. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The DA - Central Office now invites bids for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of ICT Software: MySQL Database Server (Second Bidding). Supply and Delivery period of Sixty (60) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
