Description : Invitation to Bid for
Supply and Delivery of Local Goat and Sheep
under Goat and Sheep Expansion Project (GSEP)

The Department of Agriculture (DA) - Office of the Secretary, through the GAA CY 2024 - Continuing intends to apply the sum of Forty Nine Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php49,750,000.00) for Lot 1: Supply and Delivery of Upgraded Local Bucks and Does and Fourteen Million (Php14,000,000.00) for Lot 2: Supply and Delivery of Local Rams and Ewes with being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The DA - Office of the Secretary now invites bids for the above procurement project. Delivery of the Goods shall begin upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and must be fully completed by December 31, 2025. Bidders should have completed, at least ten years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
