Description : PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2025 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php950,000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Hyperconverged System Maintenance Renewal (“Project”). The project location is at PNOC Exploration Corporation, Bldg.1, Energy Center, Rizal Drive, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City with a project duration of one (1) year, after receipt of Notice to Proceed.

PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the attached Terms of Reference for complete details.

Proposals including conformed Terms of Reference (TOR) may be emailed to andelacruz@pnoc-ec.com.ph / ellite@pnoc-ec.com.ph on or before June 23, 2025, not later than 4:00 P.M. Late submission shall not be accepted.

Bidders are also required to submit a photocopy of the following documents not later than seven (7) calendar days after bid submission date.
