1. Certificate of Product Registration (CPR) issued by BAFS
B. Winning bidder shall:
1. Deliver genuine and unadulterated products;
2.Deliver items to AES-Abuyog, Abuyog, Leyte 25 Calendar days from receipt of Purchase Order;
3. Be responsible for all necessary taxes, stamps, licenses, fees, and other incidental expenses for the completion of the contract;
4. Notify the end-user seven (7) Calendar days prior to delivery to prioritize the scheduling/conduct of inspection of the inspectorate team;
C. Any delay of delivery of item shall be subjected to liquidated damages equivalent to 1/10 of 1% of the contract price per day of the delay of the undelivered items;
