  iv. Payroll,
  v. Plantilla,
  vi. Recruitment,
  vii. Competency,
  viii. L & D Rewards & Recognition,
  ix. Performance, and
  x. Reports
  
  
  II. Support and Maintenance Service from deployment to December 31, 2027 including the following:
  i. Fixing problems discovered by users or identified during monitoring;
  ii. Updating software to align with changing business needs;
  iii. Improving the software-s usability, performance, and reliability;
  iv. Developing additional modules related to the HRIS as needed; and
  v. Detecting and correcting latest issues.
