Description : 1) The QUEZON CITY LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT, through the 2026 General Fund intends, to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos and 00/100 Only (Php 10,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for project number HRMD-26-CS-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
