I. Rationale
The Directives of the current DAR Management focuses on streamlining Legal, PBD, DARAB, LTS and Support to Operation Procedures in DAR and implement programs that will help farmers retain their CLOA and make their farms productive. These directives are the very essence of DAR services. These are also the expectations of the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) as the main clients of DAR. The Institutionalization of Quality Management System using International Organization for Standardization (ISO-QMS) is one of the mechanisms that will help in responding to the needs and expectations of the DAR clients and stakeholders and continually improve its services.
