  Hari Raya: A Feast of Ramadan

  IV. PURPOSE
  
  The Philippine Department of Tourism (PDOT) is seeking hotel accommodation including ingress and egress for the identified VIP/VVIP guests that will attend the HARI RAYA: A Feast of Ramadan in Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan.
  
  V. MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
  
  a. Must be a DOT-accredited Hotel, recognized Muslim-friendly Accommodation Establishment (MFAE) is a plus but not required;
  b. Must be a hotel located within Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan;
  c. Must have a secure and comfortable rooms that can accommodate 25 VIP/VVIP guests with quality and efficient hotel services and daily complimentary breakfast and dinner;
  d. Must be able to cater or provide Halal and/or Muslim-friendly dining options;
