3. Winning bidder will be notified in writing/ by phone / otherwise by the HoPE subject to provisions of RA 9184, and its revised IRR or RA 12009 and its IRR.

Payment Term:
- After delivery / completion and upon inspection & acceptance
of goods / services or completion of submission of supporting
documents; ie Billing/ SOA, in accordance with existing
government accounting rules and regulations.
