Description : Terms of Reference (TOR)

1. Background
The Philippine Coconut Authority and Department of Science and Technology - PCAARRD is organizing the 2025 National Coconut R & D Congress: COCORISE 2025 scheduled to take place on July 29 - 31, 2025 in Filinvest Corporate City Alabang, Muntinlupa City 1781, Philippines. To support this, the PCA is seeking a reliable hotel accommodation provider to host participants and/or staff.

2. Objective
The objective of this ToR is to define the requirements and scope of services for the provision of hotel accommodation to ensure comfort, convenience, and safety for all guests during their stay.

3. Scope of Work
The selected hotel will be expected to provide the following:
• Accommodation for approximately 69 guests. (See attached list for reference)
• Room Number: Maximum of 30 Rooms
• Room types: Twin sharing and triple sharing
• Meal inclusion: Buffet breakfast
• Access to Wi-Fi and other standard hotel amenities
• Safety and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations
