Description : 1.The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF MARCOS, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 400,000.00) for the HOTEL ACCOMMODATION INCLUDING MEALS AND SNACKS FOR THE UPDATING OF THE COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT PLAN (CDP) OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARCOS: INTEGRATING DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND CLIMATE CHANGE ADAPTATION AND GENDER SENSITIVITY ON SEPTEMBER 8-10, 2025.

2. Delivery of the Goods is required to be delivered on September 8-10, 2025 after the receipt of Purchase Order.

3. Request for Quotation must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the BAC Office of Marcos, Ilocos Norte on or before August 18, 2025/2:00 P. M. Late RFQ shall not be accepted.
