Description : The National Irrigation Administration (NIA), through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to lease a venue including accommodations, meals and meeting facilities, for the conduct of the CY 2025 14th NIA Irrigators Associations (IA) Congress on November 05-06, 2025.
The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
As such, you are invited to submit your establishment's quotations/proposals duly signed by your duly authorized representative not later than 17 October 2025, at exactly 10:00 a.m. for the item described, subject to the Terms and Conditions provided at the dorsal portion of this request for quotations (RFQ).
