Hospital Pest Control Services (2025-2026)

1. The Zamboanga City Medical Center through the Regular GAA FUND FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 7,668,033.34 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Hospital Pest Control Services (2025-2026) with Project Identification Number: 2508-GOODS-047A . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Zamboanga City Medical Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required Shall cover four (4) months of weekly thorough inspection and treatment, and eight (8) months of semi-monthly monitoring, maintenance, and check-up with a total of twelve (12) months (365 days) duration Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
