- REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija, through the General Fund, intends to apply the sum of P 166,251.00, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Hospital Improvement at Gabaldon Medicare Community Hospital, Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija. Price Proposal received in excess of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) shall be automatically rejected.
The Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija now invites supplier/contractor to quote for the Hospital Improvement at Gabaldon Medicare Community Hospital, Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija. Completion of works required is forty five (45) calendar days.

Availability of Request for Proposal: February 14-17, 2017 ;Office hours
Deliberation and Evaluation of Proposal:February 17, 2017 ;1:00 p.m.
All particulars relative to the above enumerated procurement activities shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of RA 9184 and its Revised IRR.
The Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidders/contractors.
