REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF RENEWABLE ENERGY FOR THE HYBRIDIZATION OF NPC SPUG DIESEL POWER PLANTS UNDER
SCHEDULE III (CLUSTER 4A - PALAWAN)
1. The National Power Corporation (NPC), through the Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED SIXTY MILLION PESOS (₱960,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Renewable Energy for the Hybridization of Diesel Power Plants with Project Identification No. HO-PMD25-003 (PB2). Bids received in excess of the ABC (₱ 960,000,000.00) or Subsidized Approved Generation Rate (SAGR) of (₱ 7.3900/kWh) shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
