A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THE AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATION (HMO) SERVICES FOR TEACHERS OF VIRGINIA RAMIREZ CRUZ NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC (IMS).

WHEREAS, the VIRGINIA RAMIREZ CRUZ NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL recognizes the importance of providing comprehensive health care benefits to its teaching/non teaching personnel;

WHEREAS, a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) is deemed to be the most effective and efficient means of delivering quality health care services to the teachers and support staff;

WHEREAS, the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) was tasked to conduct a procurement process for the selection of an HMO provider for the teachers of VIRGINIA RAMIREZ CRUZ NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL;

WHEREAS, the Invitation to Bid was duly advertised and posted in accordance with Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act," and its Implementing Rules and Regulations;
