HIRING OF TECHNICAL CONSULTANT FOR COMPEREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN (CLUP) UPDATING 2025-2034

1. The Municipal Government of Luna, La Union, through the GENERAL FUND intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (₱1,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “HIRING OF TECHNICAL CONSULTANT FOR COMPEREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN (CLUP) UPDATING 2025-2034/LUNA LU 2025-06-050”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the Financial Proposals.

2. The Municipal Government of Luna, La Union now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the HIRING OF TECHNICAL CONSULTANT FOR COMPEREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN (CLUP) UPDATING 2025-2034.

3. Prospective Bidders must submit their Eligibility Documents on or before June 30, 2025 at 9:00 AM at People-s Hall, Luna, La Union. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.
