Description : Requirements:

-Must be able to submit the survey report on November 2025 as basis for payment.

-Must have conducted a similar/survey in 2024 on all the 132 LGUs in Region 7 (Central Visayas) and can ensure that all of them have been able to input the contents of their Local Data Capture Sheet (LDCS) into the CI portal on or before the deadline.

-Research survey team members must come from an academic institution located in Cebu City

-Such academic institution must have been represented in at least one Competitive Index or CI activity conducted by the DTI-Bureau of Competitive Development.
