INVITATION TO BID FOR: Hiring of Security Services for One(1) Year Period
1. The City Government of Toledo under CMO - SPA: Security Services by Contract from Services Provider - has appropriated the sum of TEN MILLION PESOS (Php10,000,000.00) Only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Hiring of Security Services for One(1) Year Period. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Toledo now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of service is required for a period of (365) calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase Order (PO) and/or NTP.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A. 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
