The City of Victorias, in compliance with R.A . 12009 Early Procurement Activity for FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of P 5,376,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for HIRING OF SECURITY GUARDS FOR THE SAFETY AND SECURITY OF STUDENTS, PERSONNEL, TEACHERS AND EVERYONE INVOLVED IN THEIR DESIGNATED AREA OF CITY SCHOOLS DIVISION FOR THE ERIOD OF TWELVE (12 ) MONTHS FROM JANUARY 1, 2026 TO DECEMBER 31, 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
