Description : The Consultant shall perform the following activities:

1. Research on food and gastronomy resources assets in the identified destination/s:
a. Gastronomy heritage;
b. Gastronomy products, producers and food industries;
c. Tourism Sector/Food tourism products: tour guides, food Sherpas, food and farm tours, food and bar crawls
market tours, cooking lessons
d. Hospitality Sector (Restaurants, bars, accommodation establishments, etc.);
e. Firms providing gastronomic activities: DMC, culinary schools, etc.;
f. Specialist trade: Market and shop;
g. Venues for gastronomic education: museum, centers, etc.;
h. Trade fairs, festivals and gastronomic events; and
i. Research and Training Centers, gastronomic universities, catering schools, training centers, etc

2. Submission of the resource inventory template;

3. Prepare detailed assessment reports per site based on the inspections and validations conducted;
