1. The Municipality of Kalayaan through the 20% Development Fund and MDDRM Fund intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Thirty-Two Thousand Pesos & 00/100 (Php 632,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Hiring of Motor Launch intended for Mobilization of Construction Materials, MDRRM Food and Non-Food Stockpile and Other Supplies bound to Pag-asa Island.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
