• Tender are invited for Hiring of Licensed Private Agency for the Deployment of Security Guards at ATI-Satellite Training Center at USM, Kabacan, Cotabato

  Description : 1. Deployment of Two (2) Licensed Security Guards for 9 months starting April 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 to be assigned at ATI-Satellite Training Center, USM, Kabacan, Cotabato.
  
  -Security agency must observe regular payment of their SSS, Pag-ibig and PhilHealth Premiums for their protection and of their families;
  -Guards must assist in the cleaning of guards quarter;
  -Guards must check the lights, aircon, electric fans of the center and off them when not in use or necessary;
  -Check person, vehicles, government properties incoming and outgoing of center premises;
  -Protect the personnel, properties of the center against lawless elements.
  
  Note: Upon Submission of Quotations, Bidders must submit its Quotation in all items in a Sealed Envelope including all the Mandatory requirements, to wit:
  1. Mayor-s/Business Permit
  2. PhilGEPS Certificate / RED membership
  3. BIR Stamp Income Tax Return with Official Receipt or Tax Clearance
  4. Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement of Business Transactions.
