The City Government of Antipolo, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of P 3,167,123.20 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Hiring of Janitorial Services for Antipolo City Hall Annex Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
