INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR RIZAL PROVINCIAL CAPITOL, RIZAL PROVINCIAL CAPITOL ANNEX, YNARES EVENT CENTER, YNARES CENTER ANTIPOLO, CIVIC CENTER, DPWH BLDG, ONE RIZAL RESCUE CENTER, YNARES CENTER MONTALBAN AND RIZAL PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL SYSTEM (Morong, Binangonan, Angono, CAYSMH, Taytay, Tanay & YMH)

1. The Rizal Provincial Government, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of 23,728,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for 26-0016. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Rizal Provincial Government now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Services is required by Mar 01, 2026 until June 30, 2026. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
