1. NNC-CAR Office will provide cleaning supplies and equipment needed by the utility

2. Contractor shall strictly pay the utility Worker-s remuneration in accordance to the latest Wage Order and legal benefits under the Labor Code and other applicable laws to include but not limited to the following:
13th month pay, Holiday pay, SSS contribution PhilHealth contribution, and Pag-ibig Contribution
